About Sebastian Beacon

Sebastian made his feature film debut in Ang Lee’s Taking Woodstock, and has been working steadily in Film & Television ever since. He played a young John Hurt (a personal hero of his) in Kiefer Sutherland’s The Confession, has worked opposite Willem Dafoe, Jessica Chastain, Penelope Cruz, Victor Garber, and even traveled to the Central African Republic to shoot a feature with Isaac de Bongole, Kris Marshall, and a pygmy tribe.

Raised in Bedfordshire, England, Sebastian trained at the prestigious Webber Douglas Academy in London after receiving his Masters in History at the University of Edinburgh. He was lucky to work with Royal Shakespeare Company members, past and present, through school and University. He found his true home in New York City while training at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, where he studied under acclaimed instructors such as Robert Ellerman, George Loros, and Paul Calderon who introduced him to the NYU Tisch school and subsequently cast him in films premiering at Sundance.

Sebastian currently resides in New York City.
