About Marc Bonan

Marc Bonan is an American actor based in New York City. He recently finished shooting and starring in the pilot presentation Fishkill, directed by Bob Balaban and produced by Tom Hodges and Lisa Davis. He made his Broadway debut in David Auburn’s The Columnist opposite John Lithgow, directed by Dan Sullivan. Film work includes Definitely, Maybe opposite Ryan Reynolds, Cadillac Records opposite Jeffery Wright, Rabbit Stories (Best Supporting Actor Nominations: Hell’s Half Mile FF, Golden Egg FF), Calling It Quits (Winner Best Ensemble Cast Phoenix International Film Festival), and Amos Kollek’s L.L.  In NY theatre he has performed at The Michael Schimmel Theatre, Theatre for the New City, The Frankel Theatre and Harvey Milk High School among others. TV appearances include “Blue Bloods”, “Parco P.I.”, and getting whacked in season six of “The Sopranos” for which he earned his SAG membership. 

He trained at the Maggie Flanigan Studio, the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, and with Robert Castle and Alejandra Orozco at ITNY.

Marc’s father is originally from Egypt while his mother is Romanian-born. He grew up in Framingham, MA and began his career in the arts after moving to New York City in the year 2000. He attended Fay School and St. Mark’s School in Massachusetts and is also a former member of the USA Jr. National Rowing Team.
