About Jorge Eliézer Chacón
Jorge Eliézer Chacón was born in Cali, Colombia, and raised in Seattle, Washington. Giving him an honorary double major in Coffee. Attending the Young Shakespeare Workshop in Seattle, he became obsessed with Shakespeare, falling in love with theater and comedy. He attended the Juilliard School of Drama. After graduating, he was seen in the Public Theater’s Love’s Labor’s Lost (directed by Karin Coonrod) and New George’s Evening All Afternoon (directed by Beatrice Terry). Most recently he was seen in the Public Theater’s Mobile Unit production of Romeo & Juliet as Tybalt and Fault Line Theatre’s The Wedge Horse, directed by Aaron Rossini. Jorge has also worked with the Seattle Shakespeare Company in their production of King Lear, as Edgar, Directed by Sheila Daniels. He recently made his network television debut with a guest star appearance on NBC’s “Blindspot”.
