Ben Horner

BEN HORNER is currently shooting a recurring role of The Blacklist (NBC) and New Amsterdam (NBC).

Ben is a half Mexican, half Pennsylvania Dutch actor living in New York City via North Carolina via Oklahoma via California.  He holds a BFA in acting from New York University, where he was a Tisch Arts Scholar, and an MFA in acting from Yale School of Drama, where he received the Jerome L. Greene Scholarship.

His credits are extensive, from multiple stints on Broadway, most recently The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, to an eclectic array of renowned theaters including Lincoln Center, Soho Rep, The Flea, the Ontological-Hysteric, La MaMa E.T.C., Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and DaNY, Copenhagen, as well as work on screen for Netflix, CBS, and Jerry Bruckheimer Films.  His accolades have ranged from “the king of comedy” (The Denver Post) to “commandingly malicious” (NY Times).

Ben lives in Greenwich Village with his wife and two children.  He loves spending time at home enjoying his wife’s Swedish cooking, watching his son’s divers interpretive dance routines, and singing along with his daughter’s coos.  But running, biking, and vinyl collecting will do in a pinch.
